Returns Policy:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@sofasales.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Shipping: Use the provided shipping label to send the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same steps as initiating a return. Indicate in your request that you wish to make an exchange and specify the new item you would like. We will process the exchange once we receive the original item.

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

    Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@sofasales.com . We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
